Otto Addo, the coach of the Black Stars, thinks that Germany is more likely to win the Qatar 2022 World Cup than his own team, the Black Stars.
Die Mannschaft was shocked by Japan in their first game of the tournament, a 2-1 loss at Khalifa International Stadium on Wednesday after taking the lead in the first half.
When Germany plays Spain in their second Group E game on Sunday evening at Al Bayt Stadium, they will face a tough opponent.
Hansi Flick's team has no points and is currently last in their group, while Spain, Japan, and Costa Rica all have three points.
Otto Addo, who was born in Hamburg, says the odds are against Germany, but he still wants his country to win the Qatar World Cup.

To take home the World Cup? Phew! "Usually I'd pick Germany, but right now the odds aren't really in their favor," Addo said at a press conference.
