We do know that it will come in 2023, but we don't know when. This might happen in early 2023. With most shows like this, the post-production process takes between six and eight months. That could mean the movie will come out in February 2023. We'd love a little bit of summer in the Northern Hemisphere's dark winter.
Digital Spy says that plans are in place to make more than three seasons of the show. The plan is to tell the story over four or five seasons, but that can only happen if Netflix renews the show. The best way to make sure of that is to watch the season right when it comes out.
We hope to see a father and son get back together in the third season. At the end of season 2, the big cliffhanger was that John B's dad is still alive. We're waiting to see if John B and his father will find each other on the deserted island where John B is now.
